We charge a small diagnostic fee upon a visit to your home or business. Before any repairs are performed, we provide an estimated cost and will only proceed to make repairs after your authorization.

How do I pay for service?

We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. For larger projects we offer equipment financing and leasing.

Who will come to my home or business?

Expect an Energy-One branded vehicle to arrive. Our techs and drivers are always instructed to look neat and be courteous. In addition, all of our staff are trained, licensed and will be wearing an Energy-One picture identification. You will have peace of mind knowing that all personnel at Energy-One have cleared a third party background investigation prior to obtaining employment.

Can I get same-day service?

In periods of high volume, usually when temperatures are extremely cold or hot, we prioritize our response. We encourage you to set up an account in order to ensure service when you need it the most.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

All of our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee; if we are unable to completely provide you with corrective action on any service call, we will gladly refund your money.

Will I need to involve a contractor if new equipment is installed?

No, we are qualified subcontractors. Our company carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance that exceeds industry minimum requirements.
