Who will come to my home or business?

Our techs and drivers will arrive in an Energy-One branded vehicle. All of our staff are trained, licensed, dressed professionally, and will be wearing an Energy-One picture ID. You will have peace of mind knowing that all personnel at Energy-One have cleared a third party background investigation prior to obtaining employment.

Do you provide service outside of business hours?

Yes, we have 24/7/365 coverage. We also offer priority service for customers with protection plan.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we have various programs we can offer to meet your budget.

What are your rates?

We charge a small diagnostic fee upon a visit to your home or business. Before any repairs are performed, we provide an estimated cost and will only proceed to make repairs after your authorization.

How do I pay for service?

Which brands do you service?

We work on all brands of equipment. However, we are authorized dealers for American Standard, Carrier, Mitsubishi and Fujitsu.

Are you a National Grid approved contractor?

Yes! We can help with both heating and cooling energy rebates and zero interest financing.

Will I need to involve a contractor if new equipment is installed?

No, we are qualified subcontractors. Our company carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance that exceeds industry minimum requirements.

Our sales representative will meet with you to evaluate your existing system, environment, and the work we’ll need to do. Then, we can recommend the best system for your home or business.

How often should I service my heating and cooling system?

Annual maintenance is recommended for both heating and cooling equipment.

What is better gas, oil or electric?

High efficiency is the best. Depending on your available energy source, installing the most efficient equipment will lower your monthly heating and cooling bills.

How can I improve my indoor air quality?

We offer a full range of IAQ equipment including humidifiers, germicidal lights, high efficiency air filters and fresh air recovery ventilators.
